Jennifer Evans Arbo – NJ is a Visual Artist residing in New Jersey. Originally from California, she traveled the world, living in England, Spain and Uruguay before landing on the East Coast. She has a BA and Post graduate degree from London College of Fashion. Whilst working in the fashion industry she always kept her ceramic and photographic art as her lifeline. In 2019 Jennifer was able to pursue her Ceramic arts and Photography as a full time career. She continues to create new pieces daily, always conscious of what she wants to put out in the world. Jennifer has been a longtime advocate for mental health and suicide awareness which she does see come out in her work as an artist Her sculptural and functional ceramics have been shown in galleries such as: The Clay Studio Philadelphia, Clay Center of New Orleans, Worcester Center for Crafts MA, Edwardsville Art Center IL, Hunterdon Art Museum and Savannah Clay Center. You can find her at The Kilnyard, a Pittstown woodfire community; at local art markets and teaching ceramics in The Center for Contemporary Arts, Bedminster, NJ and Visual Arts Center, Summit, NJ.
